Hanna's RCV Conveyor gently eases vehicles forward through the car wash with patented 6-wheel roller assemblies. Tapered guide rails and roller-bar assemblies ensure a safe and easy entrance for vehicles, giving your customers a very pleasant wash experience. The Hannatron outside guide rails protect wheels while the high-density polyethylene chain guides reduce maintenance costs.

Hanna's HHSC Conveyor is surface mounted and requires no extensive concrete work. This convenience is the ideal solution for those with building restraints that make the construction of a conveyor pit difficult and expensive. All HHSC Conveyor models are equipped with a Hannatron outside guide rail for wheel protection and roller-on-demand controls. This allows the operator to call up a roller when the vehicle is in position.

Hanna's Correlator provides trouble-free alignment of vehicles as they enter the conveyor system. It allows for 12 inches (30.48 cm) of lateral movement for the vehicles' front and rear wheels -- ensuring proper alignment upon the conveyor. The Hanna Correlator is designed for years of reliable performance utilizing solid steel construction, 18 cast iron support wheels and a spring-loaded top deck. It is designed for safety as well as function.
