Hanna's Co-Polymer Concorde Dryers are more stable and durable than competitors' plastic dryers because Hanna uses a thermal co-polymer blend with reinforcing fibers for extra strength. This material combined with Hanna's superior molding process, makes these dryers strong enough to comply with optimized engineering design -- a design the competition cannot achieve using traditional plastics and roto-molding. This material has been tested and used for years in other industries where higher velocity air and aggressive chemicals are used. Plus, Hanna's thermal co-polymer is not just UV coated, it is UV protected through-and-through the material.

Hanna's Co-Polymer Concorde Dryers(TM) is the first and only line of thermal co-polymer dryers in the car wash industry. The producer housing, tubes and nozzles are made from a strong yet lighter weight material, allowing for a less expensive drying alternative.

Hanna's Concorde Overhead Mounted Air Dryers provide optimal vehicle drying, while allowing more tunnel room and drip space at the same time. The dryers can be configured for an optimized progressive drying system.

Concorde Floor Mounted Air Dryers are easy to install and service. Just like the overhead-mounted dryers, the floor-mounted dryers can be configured for a progressive drying system. Plus, air restrictors are included on the Top Concorde and the Top & Side Concorde dryers.

Hanna's Sound Attenuator significantly reduces noise levels for Hanna's Floor Mounted Concorde Dryers. In factory tests, Hanna's Sound Attenuator resulted in as much as a six-decible reduction in noise level when sound measurements were taken directly behind the enclosure.*

The Sound Attenuator utilizes state-of-the-art improvements in sound insulation materials, build quality and airflow. It has a high tower intake with a vertically mounted mesh screen, which prevents leaves and other debris from resting on the air intake. Plus, the design allows you to position the air intake away from moist air.

The Sound Attenuator's air intake is sized proportionally with the requirements of Hanna's Floor Mounted Concorde Dryer producer, so that no vacuum is created within the assembly. There are four vents located on the enclosure to allow airflow over the motor to keep it running cool.

Hanna's Shammy Shiner is the perfect complement to any air drying system. It reduces the cost of heating your tunnel in cold climates, reduces labor hours and cuts down blower noise. Best of all, it produces cleaner, dryer cars with less streaking.

Hanna's Shammy Shiner moves in a circular motion, drying all sides of vehicles as they pass through. The thick shammy curtains are then run through powerful wringers, keeping the material dry and absorbent. Hanna's Shammy Shiner can handle drying up to 140+ cars per hour.
