Hanna's Commander PSI Arch is the first of its kind -- a profiling high-pressure arch. This arch uses five multi-axis spray heads -- two on each side (one low and one midway up) and one top head -- that rotate to wash the front and back end of each vehicle. The arch achieves high-level precision with the Hannamotion TM Vehicle Profiling System -- a combination of unique vehicle sensing devices plus kinematic motion profiling that create a three-dimensional mapping process. This process identifies the outline of a vehicle and washes only the vehicle's surface using multi-axis spray heads. Each of the five heads has independent controls to profile the height, width and distance from the surface. The system uses a side-to-side panning motion to get coverage on the front end of the vehicle and a diagonal or vertical-tilt motion to wash the sides and rear. Then, the spray flips around and begins the desired motion across the back.
Hanna's Commander Wheel Washer is a high-pressure washer designed to provide maximum wheel-cleaning at various conveyor speeds with minimal space requirements. Using the Hannamotion TM Speed Detect System, this wheel cleaning system has capabilities that far exceed any competitive wheel washer. It detects and matches the conveyor speed so that every wheel is tracked exactly the same. No more guessing the vehicle's location or having to make physical adjustments. These targeting capabilities size and track the tire and wheel with a multi-axis spray head. It washes the wheel multiple times per revolution, giving even the worst brake dust a cleaning as never before .
