The conveyorized hand wash begins when a vehicle enters the conveyor and workers prepare it with handheld high-pressure prep wands. Then, the stainless steel Pre-Rinse Arch and Soap Foamer Arch deliver a soap solution. Next, the hand washers work the top and sides of the vehicle while the Undercarriage Applicator rinses the underside and applies a rust inhibitor. The wash is complete when the vehicle moves through the arches (Wax, Final Rinse and Clearcoat), which apply the correct amount of solutions, eliminating waste while providing a remarkable shiny finish.
