Hanna pioneered the high-volume car wash industry and continued breaking new ground with innovations such as Hanna's Touch Free TM system. Utilizing the Commander series of high-pressure components, the Hanna Touch Free system takes advantage of Hanna's patented Hannamotion Vehicle Profiling system to conserve water and maximize cleaning.

Hanna initially developed the vehicle profiling system for its high-pressure components for the friction conveyor line. High-level precision is achieved through a combination of vehicle sensing devices and kinematic motion profiling that creates a 3-dimensional mapping process. This process identifies the outline of a vehicle's surface and washes only the vehicle using multi-axis spray heads. It completely covers all horizontal and vertical surfaces with independently-controlled spray heads .
